In order to utilize your personal qualities, you maybe required to have a certain personality type such as ISFP (Introverted Sensing Feeling Perceiving) and ISFJ (Introverted Sensing Feeling Judging). Once training is completed, you can pursue employment that fits your personality and individual characteristics.
