Reflexology Reflexology is a form of natural healing where pressure is applied to specific areas of the feet, hands, and ears to stimulate specific organs and glands. With an accredited educational program in reflexology students can train for a certificate or degree. Some natural healing professionals such as massage therapists, aroma therapists, Reiki masters and others choose to further their skills by taking a reflexology course. Reflexology is related to massage therapy but massage is used to relax the muscle and tissue, whereas reflexology calms the nerves. License requirements vary depending on the state and country as the requirement of licenses is not a national standard.
